I’ve been emailed a few questions and I’ll answer them here also!
1) Will I get a refund if I don’t like UNO? Sorry, since the nature of this DVD is knowledge based you can’t really forget the knowledge and hand it back over. No refunds.
2) Do you use lightroom at all on UNO? No, it is strictly using Photoshop CS4 and Bridge (which is included with CS4).
3) When will you be mailing these? We will bombard the UPS store Friday!
4) Will there be a follow up to UNO? Maybe, just maybe!
5) Is this a limited time DVD or will you be selling them after Christmas? UNO will be on sale until I can’t sell anymore! We will have a booth at WPPI in Las Vegas (come and see me!)
6) Will I actually learn anything from UNO? Let’s see, if you know it all and your photos rock already then you will probably only learn a few small things. I do teach EVERYTHING I know about making a photo look better on this DVD so if you can’t get your photos to look like mine on your own, then this is for you!
7) Do I need Totally Rad Actions to make your master action? Yes, you will. If you don’t already have Totally Rad, this is one of the best purchases you can ever make (I rate it number #2 under buying a bludomain website!) I only use the first set of TRA in my master action.
